Listed below are some questions you may have about CoolKidsChairs.com or the products we sell. If you happen to have a question that is not addressed here, or if  you happen to have a question about any of our kid's chairs, kid's sofas,  kid's table and chair sets, or any of our other products, please feel free to contact us!
What methods of payment do you accept? Currently you may pay for your order via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.  If you'd prefer to send a money order or cashier's check, please email us for mailing address. Please realize that using this method of payment may significantly delay processing of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order? It depends on which product(s) you order. For all of our straight wood products, standard production time is 5 days. Levels of Discovery themed rocking chairs (i.e. Child's Fire Engine Rocking chair) Usually ship from the warehouse within 3 business days.  For all other products, including our kid's upholstered chairs, standard production time is 2-4 weeks. Shipping time varies, but is usually 3-5 days (within the 48 states).
Does CoolKidsChairs.com ship Internationally? Sorry, we no longer ship internationally.
Can I order your wood products unfinished? Yes! We can offer any of our wood products unfinished for a lower price. Contact us if you are interested in this option.
Can I ship my order to a different address?Yes! When you place your order and get  to the check out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.
Do I pay Sales Tax on my Purchause? No, unless you are purchasing within Utah.
What is your Refund/ Return Policy? Customers must contact us by phone or email in order to request refund/ return authorization. No refunds/ returns will be authorized after 10 days of receipt of the product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Custom products (products that have been personalized and/or have screen print designs on them) usually are considered non-returnable, though we strive to do all we can to work with our customers and will issue refunds for these products, if necessary.

What is your Cancellation Policy?Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order. There is no fee charged for canceling an order.
Some of your Kid's Chairs have a "Text Style Option." The options listed are "Script" and "Block." How do I know what each of these options look like?
